We are located in the leafy suburb of Jesmond which is a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Newcastle University is just five minutes walk from here. There is on street parking available. There is a park opposite, Brandling Park and there are several pubs and numerous good restaurants within walking distance.

Breakfast is Served from 0730 until 0900 Monday to Friday, and from 0800 until 0930 on Saturdays Sundays and Public Holidays.

We have a mixture of single, twin, double and family rooms, some with en-suite facilities. We have one ground floor room, without a bathroom.

All rooms have colour television and tea/coffee making facilities. We offer a full english breakfast.


We can supply a hair dryer an iron and ironing board should they be required. Continental adapters are also available for your own appliances.

We are open all year round except for Christmas and New Year.
